This section include thoughts that crossed my mind and my personal opinion in some objects .
Article 1 : Accidental bad interviews including my point of view in tourist companies and hotels ( advantages and disadvantages ) in Egypt .
Recently from about eight months i started to think about giving my original career " tourism " another chance so i made some interviews , i have seen things that very strange to me and i found a very rude behaviors for managers in these tourist companies ( licensed from the Egyptian tourism ministry in Egypt ) and i will tell you just only two situations among all the weird things that i noticed ; first one in a tourist local company down here in Cairo when i made interview then i got accepted actually i have a habit that i investigate about any company i go for interview in so when i checked about this company i saw that they don't have an organized website and very little followers in their Facebook official page but i said to myself " may be the company don't have a marketing staff and i went the following day i waited the company to opened about half an hour on the street !! finally the manager showed up and they opened the company , he made a meeting with me to speak about the company's policy and that what he told me " listen samah the most important thing in work is relationships , I give you for example and he pointed to the girl who is in charge of the reservation desk " I forget to tell about this girl who one of most horrible example of people i have ever seen , she is wearing a veil and noticed her when she speaks with clients via phone and laughing in dirty way and she speaks in very weird and dirty way to the clients and ...etc, so I closed the door of the office to not let her hear me and told the manager " sorry I am not like her " at the end of the day i left the company feeling sorry for how people can be much horrible and without manners like that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Second situation when i made an interview in another local tourist company but this time the company was big and have a lot of employees and this time the manager was totally ignorant : he couldn't understand either of words ( recruiter or recruitment ) so i took a time from to explain to him in Arabic what does all that means and he got crazy suddenly and told me in Arabic of course " what the benefit we will take from hiring you we aren't a bus like hotels which hire a clerk every day " after that he said " we will call you " while he was Waving his hand in my face !! when i went out of this interview i felt a great personal insult that made feel sorry for my Education and my life but at the end i get over all these bad interviews and here is my advice in that object " check about the company or the hotel via internet and also ask your friends if you have one works in that facility " .
- when i searched deep , i found out that there are more 2000 Egyptian travel agent in Egypt plus the branches of the foreign companies all over tourist cities in Egypt and here's the fact about them ;
- About 50 Egyptian Tourist company in Egypt , in that best evaluation are successful and practice the incoming tourism beside the other tourism regular out/in-going tourism and HAJJ & UMRAH but the rest of tourist company shifted her work totally forward HAJJ & UMRAH only after 25 Jan revaluation because this kind of religious tourism go on all the year and don't stop and these companies to attract candidates make you feel that if you don't accept their offer that you aren't religious !!
- The only benefit i see in working for travel agents in Egypt that for ladies ; you won't get hassle or you find someone is spying in your Facebook like hotels and some of them really offers a good salary but all these disadvantage in local travel agents made the foreigner tourism company are more successful and able to attract clients forward it .
- I see a lot of benefits in hotel like it's a flourishing career and you will get promoted after a couple of years not if you are tour leader or tour operator you just have to wait a decade to get promoted !! but there are also a lot of disadvantages ; Many workers in hotels get hired by knowing and Favoritism and they don't have any good qualifications plus if you are the beginning and in that status of tourism in Egypt right now your salary will be so weak to afford your life .
- In hotels in Egypt ( for ladies ) you will get hassle and find out that one of the staff is spying in your personal life or try to add in Facebook or just spying in your Facebook .
- At the end it's your choice and no thing perfect in work just choose what you like to work and suits you .
Article 2 :About the turn over issue in Egypt

Turn over is one of the modern important problem nowadays , Turn over from my point of view : " when the organization changes a big number of employees every regular short period " for example : I know a hotel that makes an ad for hiring clerks in reception every three months and that means that hotel make some steps made the staff quit every short time or it fired them .
The issue comes from always of the employer who have very bad management and arrogant attitude that made them treat the staff in bad way or they don't pay them well and ask them much work or they make a big pressure of the clerk 's mind and upset him to finally give up and resign , Hanover the reasons are this issue effect o the organization's image and also in her activity and work and always stands in unstable basis so we wish employers got the point how horrible is " this issue "' !!!

- when find yourself after a while from working in the same organization you won't add anymore to your career or any new experience .
- when that organization you work for treat people according to knowing and Favoritism and no way that they will change this habit ( they don''t have a professional attitude ) .
- when you see your self will never get promoted to a higher position .
- when truly the organization you work for takes advantage of you and give a less salary from the standard of salaries net of your position .
- finally you could see your self have achieved a lot but no way you will do more in your home country and need this flourishing start in another place and we can't do better in your job .
- I see job that it's the beautiful thing in life that make you wake up every day to look forward to not a kind of torturing so if you see yourself in one of these condition search for new place that get you inspired with and Quit from your job .
